Our standard service allows customers to upload, schedule and maintain their own content via a simple to use web interface. The enhanced service includes content upload, schedule and maintenance provided by Vividly Simple – simply send us the content you want to display, and we take care of the rest.
- England and Wales business days support 08:30 – 17:30
- UK based telephone and email support
- Service reporting to highlight performance, potential cost savings and recommendations
- Remote control diagnostics and resolution (including all software licences)
- Remote system monitoring and security updates
Initial installation may attract additional one-time charges. Examples would include:
- Cost of hardware (Displays, projectors, media players)
- Installation charges where required
